Daniel Joseph da Costa, MD, is Assistant Professor, Medicine at Montefiore Einstein. His clinical focus is on the diagnosis, treatment, and palliation of benign and malignant pulmonary and pleural space disease. Techniques include robotic bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, tumor ablation, stent placement, thoracoscopy and indwelling pleural catheter placement. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in biology at the State University of New York at Albany in 2010, Dr da Costa earned his Doctor of Medicine from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School – UMDNJ in 2014.
