Chaoyuan Kuang, MD, PhD, is Assistant Professor, Oncology, Medicine and Molecular Pharmacology at Montefiore Einstein and Co-Leader, GI Clinical and Translational Research at Montefiore Einstein Cancer Center. His clinical focus is on the treatment of patients with colorectal and other gastrointestinal malignancies, as well as the enrollment of patients into clinical trials. In 2007, Dr Kuang graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning his Bachelor of Science in chemistry. He then attended the University of Michigan until 2015, earning his Doctor of Medicine as well as his Doctor of Philosophy in cell/molecular biology.
