Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I have been a nurse for 23 years in a variety of specialties. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner was the next step in my career path to continue caring for my patients. What I want my patients to know about me: I have been a nurse for 23 years and truly love this field. I love the geriatric population and becoming a nurse practitioner will help me continue to care for my patients at the next level of nursing. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: I enjoy spending time with my family: Brandon my husband, Collin who is 18 years-old and Courtney who is 12 years-old. I also enjoy exercising at the gym and running in my free time.
