Dr. Howard Lazarus, MD, is the retinal specialist and Director of Clinical Research at John-Kenyon Eye Center, caring for patients with diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, uveitis and other disorders affecting the back of the eye. Dr. Lazarus graduated from Northeastern Ohio Medical University and served his residency at the St. Louis University School of Medicine where he was Chief Resident. He completed advanced retinal subspecialty training at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute where he was the recipient of the prestigious Heed and Heed-Knapp fellowships.
