MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE! I DO NOT RECCOMEND! This doctor was very neglectful of me. I went to see Dr Orland for an injury I had just gotten on my right bicep on January 5, 2023. Dr Orland didn't even try to find out what was wrong and never ordered any X-rays, MRIs, or anything else that would have determined what type of injury I had to my right bicep. I never received the referrals I was promised for orthopedics, pain management, physical therapy. When I'd call to inquire, the secretary would be rude and tell me I was on a waiting list month after months, and never heard from anyone. She also told me that Dr Orland had said in meetings that patients had to wait for their referrals. Second opinions from other physicians have confirmed my belief that I was a victim of negligence. After seeing a new physician who ordered an X-ray and MRI, I found out I had a torn rotator cuff which caused the torn bicep on my right arm, and that I needed surgery. All these procedures, including the surgery, should have been done right when I saw Dr Orland in January 2023. By the time I was set to get the surgery on my right rotator cuff and bicep, I found out I had a medical condition that didn't allow me to have the surgery at the time, so the surgery had to be postponed. While I was undergoing the treatment, the pain was so much worse. Now that it's been a year and a half, going on two years since I injured my right arm, there will be lots of complications to the surgery. All this could have been avoided had Dr Orland ordered the appropriate tests to find out what was wrong and have the surgery right when it happened. His misdiagnosis, inattention, and lack of basic diagnostic procedures are inexcusable.
