John Davis, MD, obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1982 and received his medical education at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine, affiliated with Wake Forest University, from which he graduated in 1986. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1990. After completing residency training, Dr Davis moved to Germany and served in the United States Army for four years. During his first year overseas, he was deployed to Saudi Arabia and served with distinction in Operation Desert Storm.
