I was seen for a general checkup with Dr. Geyer. She was very nice, however, I was told she would come back to discuss with me my results from a test done and after the test they said she was busy. It was a serious test that I had done and to leave not knowing details was and is disappointing. Her MA (medical assistant) informed me the Dr (Dr.Geyer) would call me and she never did. I had to call back 2 days later to inquire about my visit and was told to call back in 5 more days if I didn't hear from her or them. I still haven't her from Dr. Geyer and don't know the severity or non severity of my test results. PLUS prior to my appointment I never got a reminder call about my scheduled visit. I had to call a week before to verify my appointment. They never informed me to be early and that there was a "gate code" I needed. Overall this family medicine portion of dignity health/ St.Josephs is unorganized and sort of unprofessional with follow through. If you have major medical concerns I wouldn't recommend going here or to see her. You won't get all your answers.
