About
Rachel Hart
Originally from Glendale, Kentucky, Dr. Hart completed residency, internal medicine and fellowship, geriatric medicine, while in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Hart has been interested in geriatric medicine since college and is now trained in the care of older adults including dementia care, memory loss, hospital care for older adults, geriatric primary care and post-acute geriatric rehabilitation. Her additional interests include dementia and memory loss, polypharmacy, and frailty.
Dr. Hart’s grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and it was her experience with his disease and the care he received that began her interest in geriatric medicine. Her primary goal is to provide compassionate quality patient care to older adults to help them achieve their best quality of life. She treats patients the way she would want herself and her family to be treated.
