Early in life I recognized the importance of helping others in need and the shortage of people that are able to do so. My approach to care is patient-driven goals with specific therapeutic approaches to ensure goals are realistic and attainable. I have experience with individual, group and family counseling. I am trained to work with mood disorders (depression, bipolar, etc), personality disorders, trauma, OCD, ADHD, grief and anxiety. I believe that an effective therapeutic relationship requires a therapist who is genuine, empathic and non-judgemental. This career field is so rewarding and it is truly an honor to have someone trust you with such personal and often difficult details/ stressors in their life. I commend anyone who recognizes the need for help, because at times, we all need it.
