She completed a pediatric residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, where she served as chief resident. She then completed a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she served as the chief pediatric emergency medicine fellow. She also completed a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern California.Her interests include global health and improving pediatric emergency care in low resource settings.
