I ORDERED 1 KNEE BRACE FOR $25 PLUS SHIPPING. LATER THAT DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING MY ORDER WAS 1 BOX OF PAIN RELIEF PATCHES AND 4 RELIEF KNEE SLEEVES. FOR A TOTAL OF $94.03. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THE SAME DAY, SO THEY COULD STOP THE ORDER, BUT THEY WERE "TO BUSY" TO TAKE MY CALL. I ALSO MESSAGED THEM, BUT THEY DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. WHEN THEY REPLIED BACK THEY SAID THE ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. THEY SAID I COULD RETURN IT FOR A REFUND, BUT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND WOULD THE MONEY WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY CC IN 30 DAYS. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WOULD CONTACT MY CC COMPANY TO START A CHARGE BACK IF THEY DIDN'T RECTIFY THEY SITUATION. RESULTS TO BE DETERMINED. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.

I bought one item from them. They charged two, the second for more money. They do not answer the phone. Do not trust them. I will post on other complaint sites also
