AN AWESOME ER staff member at Mercy Hospital on Ballas rd. Saint Louis MO. His name is Austin !! I came in today with severe chest pain and stress. Most of the ER staff were rude, cold, callous, yelling at patients including me… BUT, NOT AUSTIN EMS ER. I listened and watched him for hours as he consistently showed love, care, compassion, kindness, and patience for all of the patients! I had no idea that after much maltreatment and disrespect from some of the other staff that I encountered, at almost the end of the ER process, I would be blessed to be seen and prep with the IV. by Austin. HE WAS EVEN MORE WONDERFUL ONE ON ONE!! He truly exemplifies the mission and values of Mercy Hospitals. Austin is a 5 + star ER EMT STAFF MEMBER ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
