My location in Dry Ridge KY is the worst experience I have ever had with anyone in the medical field let alone the dental field. My husband and I were repeated lied to beginning with my first inquiry regarding whether they take our insurance (they said they did but actually did not then lied again saying they did take it but the problem was I was mistaken about my policy - lies, lies, lies). The last recent cleaning, which was to be included with the insurance we bought from Mortenson, was not free because they forced us to see Dr. Wison after the cleaning then charged us. I tried to get out of the chair after the cleaning but the hygienist refused to let the chair down, said I had to let Dr Wilson see me even though I informed her and others in the office that I had a new dentist and wanted nothing but a cleaning. A few days later we received a bill in the mail for $360 - the dentist did nothing but qickly look inside my mouth and my husband's. I don't know if all the deception they do is mainly toward seniors but please be warned, they have no moral integrity at this location and if you go enough times you will, at some point, be lied to.
