Dr Robert Cubas is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. He received his medical degree and completed his first general surgery residency at National University of Cordoba, the oldest university of Argentina and the 3rd oldest university of the Americas. He then moved to California to pursue additional training in surgical outcomes research and a second general surgery residency at Loma Linda University, where he also served as administrative chief resident. Dr Cubas fostered his surgical knowledge and skills by completing fellowships in advanced gastrointestinal minimally invasive surgery and surgical endoscopy at University of California, San Diego and University of Miami.
