Been a patient 20 years. Called for appt for refill I
Had been without. When leaving appt for bloodwork for refill. Lady at desk told me give results of bloodwork a week. Then call pharmacy for refill. My doctor denied request for refill saying I needed another appt. As it turns out. My insurance changed and new is not accepted by them. They told me I had to yet schedule another appt. Seems the philosophy and principals have veered. Many levels of misinformation. Not comfortable with the change. So I’ll go elsewhere.
