Tara Wadlow, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, such as annual adult and pediatric wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations and well-woman visits. She treats minor illnesses and injuries and acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety, birth control, cold and flu symptoms, depression, high cholesterol, obesity, thyroid disease and more.
Tara's passion for caring for the whole family led her to become a family care provider. She finds joy in being there for her patients through pregnancy and beyond, watching as children and families grow. Her approach to medicine is centered around how she would like to be treated as a patient. Tara has five years of experience as an obstetric nurse and takes pride in serving her community.
Tara is from Bonne Terre, Missouri. She enjoys spending time with family, caring for her plants and completing puzzles.
Tara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Central Methodist University in Park Hills, Missouri and received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
