Today I had to take my daughter for a same day appointment at your ENT, 2 Ohio Drive location (suite 200) From when I called the office and spoke with Annette I was reassured that my daughter would be getting the care she needed. Not only was Annette both personable and professional but she calmed me down and was able to squeeze my daughter in for a same day appointment with Dr. Drobbin. She is a great asset to your team and is the epitome of a great customer service representative.
When I got to your office Trisha helped me check in, addressed a billing issue and resolved it promptly. Since it was a same day appointment I expected a wait but was surprised to see that was not the case & we were taken to an exam room relatively promptly. Although we did have to wait a bit in the room it was in no way excessive and gave my daughter time to peruse the detailed illustrations (of the ear, nose and throat).
I have never had an appointment with Dr. Drobbin before (we usually see Dr. Sambur who is absolutely excellent) but I am glad we did. He has a great bedside manner for working with children, thoroughly explained what was going on, didn’t seem rushed and happily answered all my and my daughter’s questions. He is an excellent physician and hopefully considered a valuable member of the ProHealth team. While we didn’t see him today I also need to mention how wonderful he is. He did surgery on my daughter and was very attentive to us before, during and after the process. Additionally, one time I had an issue and Dr. Sambur made sure to address it with the proper personnel. I have never had a doctor that paid attention to small details that were outside a medics purview. It is clear he cares about his patients in a broad, multifaceted way.
Then when we were finished Nicole kindly helped us check out with ease. Getting us the required return to school note and giving my daughter a sticker and lollipops- enough to share with her siblings. This was incredibly thoughtful of her and made my daughter’s day.
All in all the whole process took a little under an hour, which for the care I got I would’ve expected it to take much longer. Whatever procedures you have in place to make the visits both efficient and the doctors/staff thorough and personable please keep them up.
While I can’t say I have had the same experience at all ProHealth locations every time I visit the ENT location at 2 Ohio Drive I have a wonderful experience. Please pass along my compliments to the staff members. They all should be lauded for a job well done!
