As an athlete and mother of two, Lauren Garges knows first-hand the unique changes that a woman’s body goes through during both pregnancy and postpartum healing and especially enjoys working with this population to help them achieve their personal goals. She graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Biology, received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University. She is the Director of St. Luke’s Pelvic Rehab Program and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy.
