Othon Wiltz, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a colon and rectal surgeon and Assistant Professor, Surgery at Montefiore Einstein. His clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease with special focus on fistulizing Crohn’s disease and surgical management in patients on biologics; rectal cancer care within a multidisciplinary setting; robotic colon and rectal surgery; and the treatment of benign anorectal conditions in ambulatory settings. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in natural sciences at Johns Hopkins in 1981, Dr Wiltz attended the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 1985.
