Paul Levy, MD, is Director, Center for Inherited Metabolic Disorders and Director, Inherited Metabolic Disease Specialty Care Referral Center at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein. He is also Associate Professor, Pediatrics and Pathology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Levy sees patients with complex medical issues that may have a genetic etiology. He has a special interest in inherited metabolic disorders, including phenylketonuria (PKU), lysosomal storage diseases and urea cycle disorders, and sees newborns referred by the New York State Newborn Screening Program with positive screens.
