I like her as a person. However, at 45 years old I went to her with serious foot pain in metatarsals, she told me "it is aging" SHE KNEW, as I had always told her, i am a runner & i yoga instructor. She said if it is anything it is arthritis which would show on an xray. so she had my medical insurance buy x rays. she said there is nothing but it was too painful 2b nothin& sent me to M2 podiatry in the UCSF program who also just made xrays &said nothing is wrong... as if it is all in my head! I told a friend who is also a runner my age & she referred me to a sports med DOCTOR who diagnosed my condition as multiple neuromas w/o xrays & said that neuroma are not visible on xray. Acupuncture & botox injections between my toes have given enough relief to walk, but surgery in MEXICO is now last option. UCSF and PATTY failed me for being ego based, dismissive & judgemental.
