Preethi Ramchand is an Assistant Professor of Neurology, Radiology, Neurosurgery, and Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Princeton University and subsequently attended medical school at the University of Texas-Houston. She completed a residency in neurology and fellowships in both neurocritical care and neurointerventional radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Her specific clinical interests are the elective and emergent management of cerebrovascular disease in both the critical care and neurointerventional settings as well as the optimization of healthcare delivery to these patients as they move from the emergency room, to the endovascular suite, to the ICU, and towards recovery.
