Before joining Summit Health, Dr. Henry-Dindial practiced with Paramount Medical Group/Westfield Family Practice, Springfield Family Practice, and Millburn Family Practices, all located in New Jersey.
Dr. Henry-Dindial is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Society of Colposcopists and Cervical Pathologists, and Union County Medical Society. She is Vice Speaker and a member of the Medical Society of New Jersey. She is Former President of the Union County Medical Society.

She is Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School in Newark.
