Patrick O'Hara, LCSW is a member of Summit Health's Social Work Care Management team. For over 25 years, Mr. O’Hara has provided professional social work services to the mentally ill, serving a diverse population of people in both acute and community settings suffering the spectrum of mood, thought and substance disorders.
Prior to joining Summit Health, Mr. O’Hara led the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team at Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services in Passaic County and had previously spent fourteen years providing inpatient psychiatric social work services at Runnells Specialized Hospital’s Cornerstone East Unit. He holds certification in Clinical Supervision.
Mr. O’Hara takes great pride in serving his patients and watching them get well. His practiced approach is listening carefully to his patients' concerns and then applying his expertise to help map out a successful course of action designed to fully optimize their recovery.
Mr. O’Hara is an outdoor enthusiast and particularly enjoys gardening and sports. Aside from the joys of his profession, he takes great pride in his children who he considers to be his biggest personal accomplishment.
