Philip Eliades, M.D. is a dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
He is a graduate of the Weill Cornell Dermatology Residency Program in New York City, where he received extensive training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. During his training, Dr. Eliades served as Chief Resident in Dermatology and received the Distinguished Housestaff Award.
Prior to residency, Dr. Eliades completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at Boston College and Tufts University School of Medicine, respectively. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine with Research Honors and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Eliades dedicated an extra year in medical school to conducting melanoma genetics and therapeutics research at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital.
He has published numerous research articles in leading peer-reviewed dermatology journals and has also presented his research findings at national conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
