Dr Jared Pikus was born and raised in Utah Valley, Utah. Though at first he may seem academic and all intellect, his determination to experience life to its fullest has given Jared years of active and inspiring adventures. His adventures continued on a two-year mission in Budapest, Hungary where he discovered a love for learning languages, culture and interacting with people as individuals. Not long after obtaining his undergraduate degree in Physics from BYU and starting a Doctorate program in Bio-physics, the real adventure began when Dr Pikus married his high school sweetheart and soon afterwards moved to Tallahassee, Florida to continue his graduate work.
