Dr. Farber has extensive training in all aspects of urology, with particular expertise in Men’s Health (penile implant surgery, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, no-scalpel vasectomy), male infertility (vasectomy reversal, varicocele, sperm retrieval, treatment of low sperm count), and minimally invasive treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). In addition, he has extensive experience treating both urologic cancers and benign urologic conditions using minimally invasive robotic surgery. Dr. Farber has participated in hundreds of robotic procedures using Intuitive Surgical’s DaVinci™ Xi and Si platforms, and has presented cutting edge robotic surgical techniques to other urologists at the North American Robotic Urology Symposium (NARUS). He is a leader in the field of urology, having published over 100 combined peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters and presented novel research findings to both national and international audiences.

Nicholas Farber
Dr. Nicholas Farber graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar. He then studied at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the most prestigious medical honor society.
