Dr. Samuel is a pediatric anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the hospital in 2015 and previously practiced at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami for 5 years. He went on to complete his anesthesiology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami. Following residency, he completed his pediatric anesthesia fellowship at Jackson Memorial Holtz Children’s Hospital and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami.
