This "doctor" has no empathy for her patients, has no idea what to do for them, and is extremely rude. She recommended a nerve ablation procedure for pain relief on my back. It's done in three separate procedures. The first one was extremely painful and not only did nothing to alleviate my back pain but whatever she did both exacerbated my existing pain and created a different nerve involvement on the opposite side of my back that kept me writhing in pain for two weeks. Of course she denied that anything she did created that situation even though it didn't exist before her actions.

In a subsequent video visit today she accused me of getting opioids from another doctor after I signed an agreement with her office not to. I had an appointment with regular orthopedic surgeon the day after I met with her in her office and he prescribed me some tramadol, which I filled the next day. This "doctor" Prabhu point-blank told me today, "you violated our agreement and got tramadol from another doctor so now I can't trust you and can't prescribe anything else." This is NOT patient care by any stretch of the imagination. Do NOT go see this self-absorbed charlatan who calls herself a doctor.
