I specialize in taking care of whole families, from infants to grandparents. Helping women with their individual care and family planning is a particular commitment. I enjoy meeting people where they currently are in their health journey and helping them move in the direction of greater health and wellness.

After many years of living in Santa Fe, New Mexico and raising a family of three, I’m excited to explore my passions of kettlebell, mountain biking, snowboarding, cooking, and gardening here in Washington. I have two Bernese mountain dogs who will enjoy exploring the trails with me.
