When I initially saw Dr. Keney, he seemed engaged and collaborative in doctor-patient communication. However, after several visits, I began to notice a trend of rushing through appointments, not listening, brushing off my questions and concerns, and not updating my electronic medical records. The office manager, Alisa, also failed to follow through with her promise to correct my records to clarify an issue we discussed at length before I joined their practice. If I can't trust them to get my medical conditions and medications right, how can I trust them in an emergency situation, like if I were to be hospitalized and/or had to rely on them for continuity of care? Time to look for a new PCP.
