Neel Chokshi
Dr. Neel Chokshi treats a wide range of cardiovascular diseases at Penn. In his role as Director of Sports Cardiology, Dr. Chokshi specializes in the effects of exercise on the heart – particularly in those with existing cardiovascular disease as well as in high performance athletes. He works with Digital and Connected Health technologies to improve patient outcomes and provider experiences. As part of this work, he is involved with research to integrate data from wearable devices into patient care practices. Dr. Chokshi also has expertise in cardiovascular imaging and serves as faculty for the echocardiography, nuclear stress, and exercise testing labs. In his free time, Dr. Chokshi enjoys spending time with his family, running and playing tennis. In addition to supporting Penn athletics, he is a proud University of Michigan alum and avid Michigan Wolverine fan - Go Blue!
