Dr. Siu-Pun Chan, the Director of the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital is board certified in both areas and is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. He is a dedicated clinician, educator and researcher in his field, who is an active participant in the teaching of residents and medical students. Under his leadership, there has been expansive growth in the division with the addition of a dedicated asthma educator, who provides in depth individualized education to children and their families and the accreditation of the Sleep Lab at Staten Island University Hospital to evaluate patients as young as 6 months of age.
