He is a dedicated clinician, educator and researcher in his field, who is an active participant in the teaching of residents and medical students. Under his leadership, there has been expansive growth in the division with the addition of a dedicated asthma educator, who provides in depth individualized education to children and their families and the accreditation of the Sleep Lab at Staten Island University Hospital to evaluate patients as young as 6 months of age.
