I am not able to get my report. I received many emails prior to procedure. Called to request my report and its not there but should of been on my portal. After 2 phone calls and LONG wait on hold I was told it will be on my portal. NOTHING. I requested hard copy to my home address ,"denied". I must fill out link/papers to be allowed to see my own report. I am not happy with the being put off after being on phone most of the day over this.
