Carah B. Santos, MD, is a pediatric allergist and immunologist at National Jewish Health. Dr. Santos is in the Division of Pediatric Allergy & Clinical Immunology. I treat children and adults with all allergic conditions and have particular interest in food allergy and asthma. I chose to specialize in Allergy & Immunology because many of the conditions I treat are very common and their management emphasizes improving quality of life. I strive to work jointly with patients, their families, caregivers and the community to provide the education and treatment plan that best suits each individual patient. I carry a philosophy of involving my patients and their families in each step of the decision making process and ensuring that they have a solid understanding of their medical conditions.
