Dr. Amy Baird Schlegel started studying herbalism in 1994. This led her to a pursuit of Chinese Medicine where the diagnostic approach is subtle and ancient. At first ambivalent about practicing acupuncture, Dr. Amy was amazed to see patients achieving great results in her first months of internship. This has led to an over twenty year love and pursuit of helping people in their journey to optimal health.
Dr. Amy holds a doctorate in the acupuncture specialties of Neuromuscular Medicine and Women's Health. You will receive massage at every visit. Coaching in simple daily stretching and meditation is also available.
One of Dr. Amy's most beautiful offerings is Chi Nei Tang which is a gentle organ massage combined with conscious breath work. By bringing our awareness to our bodies we connect with the power of our own potential to heal.
