About

Emily Staples, Dr

Most conventional chiropractors manipulate the spine to temporarily reduce tension, muscular spasm, and provide temporary relief of pain. At Rooted Chiropractic, our unique focus is the structural correction of the spine. What we explain to our patients - most of whom are referred from medical doctors, as well as other conventional chiropractors who have not been successful with general manipulation - is that our goal is to correct underlying structural abnormalities. These structural abnormalities are typically the primary cause of a large array of secondary conditions (aka symptoms). At Rooted Chiropractic, our goal is to fix the problem, not simply patch it. Services We utilize the latest in digital imaging technology along with computer software to create a visual of your upper cervical spine. Once we have the images that we need, we are able to make very precise measurements in the computer software that is used to calculate a vector force that is necessary to re-align the atlas to its proper position using a specialized instrument.

This specialized instrument allows us to provide a gentle, precise, and repeatable adjustment without any of the twisting, snapping, cracking, or popping.
