My name is Cynthia J Gries, MD, MSc, and I am an associate professor of medicine in the University of Florida Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine. I also serve as program director of the medical lung transplant fellowship training at UF. My clinical interest focus on lung and heart-lung transplant as well as critical care medicine. I obtained my medical degree from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed my residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. My fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine was completed at the University of Washington in Seattle, where I subsequently also received my Masters of Science degree in epidemiology at the University of Seattle.
