Dr. Alvin C. Abinsay is an Internal Medicine physician who enjoys serving his patients in a rural health clinic setting. Dr. Abinsay received his medical education at the University of Santo Tomas, in Manila, Philippines. He also served on the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and as Doctor of Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas.
