Alan Perry
Dr. Perry earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, North Carolina and received the Robert P. Vidinghoff Memorial Award for his aptitude and devotion to family medicine. He completed his residency in family practice at Emory University, where he served as chief resident. He is board-certified in family medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, Dr. Perry practiced at Eagle's Landing Family Practice in Stockbridge, Georgia. He serves as an adjunct professor of family medicine at Emory School of Medicine. While he has many interests in medicine, Dr. Perry takes a special interest in behavioral medicine, preventative care, and small surgical procedures. His philosophy on medicine is based on a quote he heard in medical school: "cure sometimes, comfort often, and care always". In his spare time, Dr. Perry enjoys playing the piano, traveling, reading, going to the theater and spending time with his significant other and two Maine coon cats Dr. Perry is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.Services
