I went to two Wellness Now facilities, one in Buffalo, and one in Olean New York. The first one did nothing but look in my ear and said my eardrum was bulging. I still had trouble, so I went to one at Olean and he didn’t say there was anything wrong with my eardrum, and he prescribed me an antibiotic which did not help. Received a text message about a bill being due weeks ago went to the site it said balance zero. Received another text message today said the bill was overdue and was going to collections. I have Medicare and I have USAA supplemental F, which should have covered everything , when I went to an online site said I owe $230 another site I went to said the balance was zero I’ve tried calling I can’t get through to anybody. I will never use Wellness Now again.
