Rosendo Collazo, D.O., is an internal medicine physician with Baptist Health Primary Care, a part of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 180 physicians in multiple specialties closely aligned with Baptist Health South Florida. Dr. Collazo received the Blue Foundation Sapphire Award for excellence in healthcare for the underserved, the Jessie Trice Heroes Award and the Outstanding Service Local Hero Award from the Healthcare for the Homeless Clinicians Network, and was a finalist for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's Health Care Heroes Award.
