Contoured was founded by Amy Litz and Carolyn Youse, two busy moms that both understand that it is a challenge to juggle it all and stay in shape. During our combined 30 plus years working in the aesthetic industry, we used to read about all of the new technologies to hit the market and wonder if they really worked. We get how frustrating and overwhelming it can be to decide which one is safe, easy, effective, and right for you.

Luckily, we both had the opportunity to find out how amazing CoolSculpting is by working directly for the company and spending years as certified CoolSculpting trainers. We know the ins and outs on getting your ideal result, because we have dedicated ourselves to learning everything we possibly can about patient outcomes and best practices.
