Had an appointment for 115 April 30, 2021 Got there at 100. Waited for an hour and still not called. Waiting room pretty much empty Went to check the Dr. status. Front desk said "you werent called yet" Apparently not. Heard them say "oh we forgot her" the girl looked at me and said no we just didnt have a room It should be only a couple of minutes I said no I have another appointment I need to reschedule. She said ok June 6. I said no I need to be seen sooner She said that is the earliest we have unless you want to go to Setauket. I said no that is why I waited for this appointment for over a month. I said this wasnt my fault, you forgot about me. She said that is all I have. I walked out in tears.
Also, they state on message when you call that they have no vaccines; then explain the 3 people, one woman and a couple, who were vaccinated while I sat there. That is all i needed to hear. Never would I go to a doctor group who would lie, especially about something that is life-saving, Disgusting and unacceptable.
