Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I started my healthcare career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on the ambulance. I greatly enjoy the opportunity to assist people with medical conditions. I continued my education and experience over the years as a Paramedic and then a Registered Nurse. While working in the Emergency Department, I completed by Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have also completed additional education and certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. I am honored to be a Nurse Practitioner with WellSpan Cardiology. What I want my patients to know about me: I believe that every person is unique.
