Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: My exposure to medicine and science started when I was young. I enjoyed spending time at the hospital and the clinic with my father after school and during summer vacations. I had the opportunity to accompany my sisters in their labs during their college years. My interest in family medicine peaked during my final year of medical school. The breadth of knowledge that family medicine physicians had was beyond comparison in my eyes. The ability to keep people healthy or to guide those towards healthier lives was and is my calling. What I want my patients to know about me: I am someone who appreciates and respects relationships. I look forward to building these with my patients.
