Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I like sciences and also enjoy helping others. My career fulfills both my goals and offers me the ability to teach our younger physicians. I like getting to know patients and foster long-term partnerships so that I can help them achieve their health goals. What I want my patients to know about me: I am your medical coach. I follow common sense and guidelines set forth by professional societies. I believe that prevention is better than cure. I take advantage of tests available to track medical progress and to diagnose new issues. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: With what little time I have left after work, I like spending it with my family, and I try to exercise as much as possible.
