Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: My interest in medicine started at a young age because of my father. He co-founded a successful practice in Michigan as a specialist in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He worked tirelessly for the well-being of his patients who held him in high esteem for his caring demeanor. As an exemplary role model who I wanted to emulate, my father spurred my interest in medicine. I find helping those in pain to be very rewarding. The WellSpan organization provides the ideal setting and culture in which I can provide services to improve the quality of life for others.
