I’ve been a patient at a Charlotte location for over a decade. This was my first time at this location. Due to traffic I was running late, so I called the office. The receptionist said there is a 10 minute grace period. I arrived later than the grace period. The office was fully staffed. There was one gentleman getting fitted for glasses and I was told to reschedule. The next two appointments never showed up, but I was never offered their appointment. I was told to make another appointment for another day. I asked for a number or email to report them for lack of customer service. I was told there was no number or email that they could provide me.
